Registration
Registration is per session and each session runs for a six-week period. The deadline for registration is one week before the session begins. Please complete the registration form carefully and mail it to RICA with payment. Registration is confirmed when payment is received. We recommend early registration as class availability is restricted by the number of the spaces available in any class at any one time, and by instructor preference. The class schedule for the next session will be posted six weeks in advance. Please note that our instructors will not teach every session. Check the schedule for upcoming instructors and art classes.
Student Withdrawal and Tuition Refunds
Full refunds are given if we receive notification of art class withdrawal three weeks prior to the beginning of the session. Fifty percent refunds or full credit for future RICA sessions are given with two weeks’ advanced notice of withdrawal. RICA credit is given if we receive notification of withdrawal from an art class less than two weeks before that session begins. (RICA credits are valid for 12 months.) No refunds or credits will be given after sessions have started.
RICA Cancellation and Refund Policy
Sessions are subject to cancellation if too few students sign up. Notice of session cancellation will be given no later than one week prior to start date. Full tuition will be refunded by check or RICA credit if sessions have to be canceled. RICA credits are valid for 12 months.
Sickness or absence of Instructors
In the event of an instructor's absence, a substitute will guide the class until the instructor returns.
