Registration and Fee
RICA reserves the right to change tuition, fees, calendar, course offerings, policies, and procedures as necessary. RICA reserves the right to deny enrollment to, or to expel any student whose behavior, attitude is inconsistent with the creative environment. Registration is confirmed when payment is received with complete filled form. Please note that our instructors will not teach every session. Check the schedule for upcoming instructors and art classes.
Registration fee: $15 (this fee is waived if you register one week or
more prior to the session)
Student Withdrawal and Tuition Refunds
Full refunds are given if RICA receives notification of art class withdrawal two weeks prior to the beginning of the session. RICA credit is given if we receive notification of withdrawal from an art class less than two weeks before that session begins. (RICA credits are valid for 12 months.) No refunds or credits will be given after sessions have started. RICA cannot be responsible for providing make-ups or issuing refunds for missed classes as a result of illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control.
RICA Cancellation and Refund Policy
Sessions are subject to cancellation if there is insufficient enrollment. The student may transfer to another course or receive a full refund. Notice of session cancellation will be given prior to starting date. Full tuition will be refunded by check, or RICA credit will be issued. RICA credits are valid for 12 months.
Sickness or absence of Instructors
In the event of an instructor's absence, a substitute will guide the class until the instructor returns.
