Currently she exhibits her work at the Lee Hansley Gallery in Raleigh, NC Gerry’s classes are likely to interest those willing to take chances with abstract or expressionist painting and drawing. The classes are skewed toward intuitive thinking. All media will be used, even collage. The work will be done on paper, wood and canvas. The sessions may include still life set ups to live models for those who wish to “interpret” them. The reward will be in recognizing new methods of self expression that the student might not have otherwise explored.
